There are so many symptoms and conditions that apple cider vinegar can treat; however, no one product can cure all of man's ills. You've probably heard of the Apple Cider Vinegar Diet and its many variations. Most folks think it's just a diet for losing weight, but nothing could be further from the truth. Each day you simply drink a certain amount of apple cider vinegar mixed with water and sometimes with honey as well. Or, you include it in your cooking, such as salad dressings. It won't usually be necessary to consume more than 3 tablespoons in any given day. Of course, if you are making yourself a drink with the ACV, you need to make sure to dilute it with enough water. One tablespoon for each glass of water is good. ACV is to strong to drink straight as it could potentially damage your teeth and that method wouldn't be good for your system. Once you've developed the habit of taking ACV each day, it will act as a tonic. You will then experience many of its benefits, such as better digestion and a raise in your energy level. Apple cider vinegar has been reported by allergy and hay fever sufferers to help relieve their symptoms. There have even been positive testimonials that their allergy symptoms are a thing of the past. It's not hard to get this kind of relief. Just put one tablespoon of ACV in a glass of water and drink it. Do this three times a day. If you need a bigger does, you can go up to 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar in water. Don't get lazy and stop after a couple of days. For successful results, you have to keep at it on a consistent basis. We all want our immune systems to be as strong as possible. ACV will not only help rid your body of toxins, but will strengthen your immune system as well. In this way, your body is better able to deal with any allergens you may encounter in your day-to-day life.



The pH of you system is very important, and apple cider vinegar can be very beneficial in keeping you balanced. Your body's pH balance bounces between alkaline and acidic. It's a false assumption to think that your body will lean more towards being acidic if you drink apple cider vinegar. Truthfully, if you add ACV to your diet, your pH balance will be corrected. Check your pH balance after trying ACV for a while by getting some pH test strips from your pharmacy. You want to maintain a balance that is alkaline, somewhere in the vicinity of 7.3 or 7.4. When you check your pH balance, if it isn't around 7.3 or 7.4, drink apple cider vinegar daily until you find out how much you need to balance your system.



These are just a few reasons why it's a good idea to include apple cider vinegar in your daily routine or take a supplement in capsule form. And don't forget that it is very beneficial on external conditions. Acne and other skin disorders as well as Athlete's Foot are two good examples.
